Welcoming Interfaith Families for Over 30 years
Since 1986 Congregation Emanu-El of Westchester has been known as one of the most welcoming congregations for interfaith families. Our staff of clergy, educators and synagogue professionals are committed to helping families whose members come from different faith traditions navigate the waters of Jewish family life as an interfaith family. Holiday and Sabbath celebrations, life-cycle events, religious education and all other areas of synagogue programming present opportunities for all members of your family to be a part of our dynamic congregation.
With so many beautiful aspects of Jewish tradition, we seek ways to involve every member of your family in creating meaningful moments within the congregation and at home. Our clergy's goal is to make everyone not only feel welcome, but to help make your affiliation with the synagogue an uplifting, interesting and spiritual experience. Please reach out to us to learn more about the ways that we welcome interfaith families in our congregation.
