November 27, 2023 @ 7:15 pm – 9:00 pm – Tempering chocolate is an easily learned skill, and is essential for creating snappy, shiny treats. We will use the prepared chocolate to mold our own Chanukah gelt. As an extra traditional treat, we will celebrate the holiday with Apple Fritters, lightly fried. Space is limited. Cost: $36/person.
