Let’s go classic! Join Chef Cara Tannenbaum and create perfect tried and true sweet desserts for Rosh Hashanah. First we will bake the best honey cake, a moist and fragrant version flavored with orange and cinnamon. While they bake we will make taiglach, nuggets of dough piled high that have been boiled in a honey syrup, designed to be pulled apart by hand at the end of a holiday meal. Space is limited.
