It is in the wilderness where our tradition finds its roots, and natural places provide a unique setting to connect to our heritage. The paths of the beautiful Edith G. Read Wildlife Sanctuary provide an ideal location for a 45-minute nature walk to consider the world in which we live as we celebrate creation. This walk is open to all ages and will be a fun, meaningful way to continue the Rosh Hashanah celebration. Please remember to wear walking shoes. Following our walk, we move to the beach for a beautiful Tashlich ceremony. Location is 1 Playland Parkway in Rye. Drive through the Playland parking lot, past the Dragon Coaster, and we will meet by the nature center office.
